She has worked across the full transaction lifecycle — from sourcing and due diligence to execution and portfolio management — with a focus on seeding and building technology-led lenders in emerging markets.
Before Tomorrow Capital, Olivia was a corporate and funds lawyer at leading global firms, advising on fund formation, deal structuring, and regulatory strategy. Her combined legal and investment background brings a unique perspective to early-stage ventures. At Tomorrow Capital, Olivia is responsible for operations and investment support, ensuring smooth execution and effective portfolio oversight.

Lauren is the Founder of Azarine, an FCA-regulated multi-family office focused on building climate-aligned portfolios. Before founding Azarine, she led the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation’s equity investment program, managing a $3B global portfolio, and previously served as Managing Director at Blue Haven Initiative.
An experienced investor, Lauren was an early backer of Paystack (acquired by Stripe) and several other embedded finance companies across Africa and Asia. At Tomorrow Capital, she serves on the Investment Committee and oversees the firm’s investment process.

Paul is a senior executive with over 45 years of experience spanning law, investment banking, and fintech, with a particular focus on emerging markets.
He held senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, including Global Head of Debt Capital Markets and Global Head of Emerging Debt Capital Markets. During his tenure, he founded and co-chaired the firm’s Impact Investing Advisory Council and served on the Global Investment Banking and Fixed Income Operating Committees, as well as the Emerging Markets Council.
Under his leadership, Credit Suisse received multiple industry awards, including Best Emerging Market Debt House, Best Latin American Debt House, and Most Innovative Bank. At Tomorrow Capital, Paul sits on both the Investment and Operating Committees and plays an active role across strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Nathalie is a senior leader with over 20 years of experience in management and leadership, having led large, complex projects and multicultural teams across higher education and human resources. She has held senior roles at L’Oréal, The Body Shop, and Pearson, where she focused on talent, culture, and organisational development.
As Head of Performance at Tomorrow Capital, she provides performance consulting and strategic guidance to the firm and its portfolio companies, leading initiatives across talent strategy, culture, and leadership development. An experienced executive coach, Nathalie helps founders and teams enhance performance, strengthen leadership, and align with long-term strategic goals.

Harrison has built a wide-ranging career in fintech as both an operator and investor. He was an early employee at Xinja, Australia’s first neo-bank, where he helped scale the team from 10 to over 100 people and raised AUD 120M in funding. He closed multiple $100M+ technology outsourcing deals with leading global banks while at IBM. As Principal at Abu Dhabi–based investment firm True Altitude, he focused on fintech investments across EMEA.
Harrison founded Tomorrow Capital in 2022 to back the next generation of financial institutions in emerging markets. He leads the firm’s strategy, fundraising, and portfolio management, and has helped build its presence across Latin America and other global emerging markets. He has raised over $280M in credit and works closely with portfolio founders as an active advisor and partner.

Charlie was most recently the CEO of TMOV, a fintech/logistics business in Brazil, which he grew to a $300M in revenue. Charlie is active across all of our deals in Latin America.

Huey was the founding Chief Operating Officer at Affirm (NYSE: AFRM) growing the company from a five-person startup to a powerhouse with 500 employees, over 1,000 merchant partners, and more than 3M active consumers. In 2021, the company went public on NASDAQ with a valuation of $12B.

Nick is an experienced macro strategist and emerging markets specialist with over 20 years’ experience spanning research, trading, and policy advisory roles. He is Head of Product at Medley Advisors, where he develops actionable investment ideas based on policy intelligence and quantitative analytics.
Nick previously led emerging markets strategy at Medley and held senior positions in asset-liability management, rates trading, and fixed income research at Emirates NBD.
Nick introduced and manages Tomorrow Capital’s Country Risk Framework which combines social and macroeconomic indicators to offer a holistic view of potential risks to guide our investment decisions. Nick is an investor in Tomorrow Capital.
