Olivia’s primary focus is building and running Tomorrow Capital’s platform, spanning fund operations, legal structuring, compliance and LP relations. She also supports across the investment lifecycle, drawing on a background in fintech, lending and venture capital.
Olivia is a qualified lawyer and investment professional with experience across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring and execution of investments, and ongoing portfolio oversight. Prior to joining Tomorrow Capital, she practised as a corporate, finance and funds lawyer at leading international law firms, where she advised investment managers and growth-stage companies on fund formation, deal structuring and execution, capital raising and regulatory strategy.

Lauren is the Founder of Azarine, an FCA-regulated multi-family office focused on building climate-aligned portfolios. Before founding Azarine, she led the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation’s equity investment program, managing a $3 billion global portfolio, and previously served as Managing Director at Blue Haven Initiative.
An experienced investor, Lauren was an early backer of Paystack (acquired by Stripe) and several other embedded finance companies across Africa and Asia. At Tomorrow Capital, she serves on the Investment Committee and oversees the firm’s investment process.

Paul is a senior executive with over 45 years of experience spanning law, investment banking, and fintech, with a particular focus on emerging markets.
He held senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, including Global Head of Debt Capital Markets and Global Head of Emerging Debt Capital Markets. During his tenure, he founded and co-chaired the firm’s Impact Investing Advisory Council and served on the Global Investment Banking and Fixed Income Operating Committees, as well as the Emerging Markets Council. Under his leadership, Credit Suisse received multiple industry awards, including Best Emerging Market Debt House, Best Latin American Debt House, and Most Innovative Bank.
Paul sits on the credit committee of Blue Earth Capital and the investment committee of Blue Haven Initiative.
Paul is a member of the Investment Committee and is actively involved in all aspects of Tomorrow Capital, from strategic initiatives to day-to day-operations.

Harrison founded Tomorrow Capital and leads its core functions: sourcing and vetting investments, building LP relationships, and raising capital. He has built a wide-ranging career in fintech as both an operator and investor. He was an early employee at Xinja, Australia’s first digital bank, where he helped scale the company from approximately 10 to over 100 employees and supported multiple funding rounds, raising over AUD 120 million. Prior to this, he worked at IBM, where he led and closed multiple technology outsourcing transactions in excess of $100 million with global financial institutions. He later served as Principal at Abu Dhabi-based investment firm True Altitude, where he focused on fintech investments across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Since founding Tomorrow Capital in 2022, Harrison has led the firm’s investment strategy, fundraising and portfolio management activities and has helped establish its presence across Latin America and other emerging markets. He has raised over $300 million in credit capital for portfolio companies and works closely with founders as an active partner in scaling lending platforms and funding structures.

Charlie has 23 years’ experience as a private equity professional, including (i) as Founding Managing Partner of a $220M mid-market PE fund focused on Latin America and (ii) as a founding investor in banks across the US with over $300M in equity.
Charlie was most recently the CEO of TMOV, a fintech/logistics business in Brazil, which he grew to a $300M in revenue. Charlie is active across all of our deals in Latin America.

Ryan has 18 years experience in global financial services and technology at IBM, Salesforce and as an independent advisor. Ryan is an investor in Tomorrow Capital.

Huey is a seasoned fintech executive with a proven track record of scaling and leading high-growth companies.
Huey was the founding Chief Operating Officer at Affirm (NYSE: AFRM) growing the company from a five-person startup to a powerhouse with 500 employees, over 1,000 merchant partners, and more than 3M active consumers. In 2021, the company went public on NASDAQ with a valuation of $12B.
Huey is an investor in Tomorrow Capital.

Nick is an experienced macro strategist and emerging markets specialist with over 20 years’ experience spanning research, trading, and policy advisory roles. He is Head of Product at Medley Advisors, where he develops actionable investment ideas based on policy intelligence and quantitative analytics.
Nick previously led emerging markets strategy at Medley and held senior positions in asset-liability management, rates trading, and fixed income research at Emirates NBD.
Nick introduced and manages Tomorrow Capital’s Country Risk Framework which combines social and macroeconomic indicators to offer a holistic view of potential risks to guide our investment decisions. Nick is an investor in Tomorrow Capital.
